Sebastian Lizarzaburu

I am a Chilean citizen but grew up in the United States I lived in Utah for 47 years and moved to Chile to stamp my name as a chef. I speak both English and Spanish fluently my background has been luxury ski resorts remotes five star hotels and the catering and banquet department. I am a father of nine kids I have seven grandchildren I'm currently living in frutillar, Chile teaching young adults the basic fundamentals of how to be a chef. I think it's important as a mentor and as professor a leader and a coach that you cover all basics and aspects of the work involved in a kitchen and position these people with certain talents in certain areas so you can wisely coach them and position them where their strengths are I also think communication in the kitchen is vital as there's so many moving parts during service that's the leader chef and professor is required to multitask successfully. My personal hobbies are rock climbing camping cooking mountain biking spending time with my kids and watching a good series on Netflix.
