My name is Lucero, I am from México and I hold a Master degree of Science in Elementary Education which I completed in USA. I have over 15 years of experience working at bilingual program with children and teenagers. I am writing to express my interest in delivering online English and/or Spanish classes.
Throughout my career, I have focused on supporting each student’s individual development by carefully observing their needs and designing personalized learning experiences. I believe that every person learns differently and I am passionate about creating engaging and relatable ways to present academic content so students can truly understand and connect with what they are learning.

In the virtual classroom, I prioritize building strong connections with students, even at a distance, by using interactive strategies, clear communication, and structured yet flexible lesson planning. I am experienced in adapting content for online platforms, maintaining student engagement, and creating a positive and dynamic learning environment. I also value consistent communication with families to support student progress and accountability. Additionally, I am comfortable integrating digital tools and educational technology to enhance participation and make lessons more interactive, effective, and enjoyable for students.

My approach combines structure, empathy, and creativity, allowing me to foster both academic growth and emotional well-being. I am committed to helping students feel confident, motivated, and supported in their learning journey, regardless of the format.
