different companies of food and beverage management sector. I consider myself a proactive person, with
different skills like: Leadership, Adaptability, Ability teamwork, Autonomy in Organization and Personal
Productivity. Analysis with critical thinking and problem-solving management, Bases in high quality standards at
work and business mobility.
I have knowledge of the English and German language at intermediate level, and constant updating in technoconscience
that broadens my knowledge to different branches.

Responsibilities: Coordination and management of teachers at general level, development of
courses; Management of teachers and development of expansion project, development of business
consulting, coordination of events, competitions and academic updating.

Date: Season 2018/2019.
Responsibilities: General training and menu development, staff training and business concept in
different target markets of Panama in business as: Tataki, Chinita, Bingo 90, Korkys Wine bar,
Grupo CIRSA, and others.
